This intensive 45-minute clinic will be hands on and will cover:
Why am I not getting faster?
Factors affecting speed development include: inadequate recovery, training variety, nutrition, sleep, and form. Lack of specific goals, overtraining, and health issues may also hinder progress. Analyze and adjust these to improve performance.
Cadence
Optimal cadence maximizes speed, efficiency. Steps per minute reduce energy, improve turnover for better performance and injury prevention. Adjusting cadence refines form, unlocks runner's potential.
Stride Length
Optimal stride length enhances speed by covering more ground efficiently while maintaining frequency. Improve speed and efficiency by increasing stride length, requiring focus on flexibility, strength, and running form.
