Programs
01 — Running Form One-on-One Training $150/session
This program will teach you how to move correctly, using the proper muscle patters, strengthening those muscles, then utilizing your facia to create elasticity in your movement. You will be a better, stronger, faster, more resilient runner. You will also protect yourself from injury. This program is best done in weekly sessions and usually takes 8-12 weeks depending on how dedicated you are to doing the work. These sessions can be done in person, or over facetime.
02 — Run Coaching $100/month
As your coach I will give you personalized weekly running plans based on where you are and what your goals are. You will check in with me weekly with your progress and we will continue to adapt weekly to make sure you accomplish the goals you have. This also includes race plans, and mental training to get you where you want to be.
03 — Run Coaching and Form Training Plan $200/month
Once you’ve completed my Form Training course I will put together weekly plans for you that include both running and form training exercises to make sure you stay sharp and strong.
04 — Running Form Fitness Plan $100/month
Once you’ve completed my Running Form Training plan, this plan will guide you to keep it up. This will give you a daily plan, emailed weekly, so you know what to do each day to keep strong and moving in good form.
